Scope and our role

This document covers personal data linked to website visits, contact/project forms, and early collaboration discussions on Hamranik sites.

Hamranik is the controller for contact and project requests received through these websites. Third-party hosts, messaging, or analytics tools act as processors only as needed to deliver the service.

Information we collect

Details you submit: name, phone, email, company, project type, approximate budget/timeline, preferred contact method, and project description.

Limited technical data for security and reliability: IP address, browser/device signals, request timing, page path, and anti-abuse markers (including simple captcha responses).

If conversation continues by email, WhatsApp, or phone, that correspondence becomes part of the collaboration file. We do not sell personal data or trade it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or browser session storage for form security (such as CSRF tokens), session continuity, and—if enabled—lightweight performance or analytics measurement.

Essential cookies support secure forms and sessions. Analytics cookies, when used, help improve content and navigation and are not a sale of personal data.

You can limit or delete cookies in browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break form submission or related features.

How we use information

Responding to consultation or project requests, initial scope review, scheduling calls/meetings, preparing proposals or contracts, and delivering contracted software services.

Improving site quality, reducing form abuse, technical troubleshooting, and high-level visit pattern analysis where proportionate.

Meeting applicable legal obligations, including lawful requests from competent authorities.

Retention

Project requests and contact records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, proposal documentation, or legal defense, then deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law.

Security and technical logs are usually shorter-lived unless extended for a specific security or abuse investigation.

If a written engagement begins, project records follow the contract and applicable accounting/legal requirements.

Processors and sharing

Web hosting, email/messaging, internal notification systems, or security/analytics tools may process data solely to provide their service.

Providers must not use the data outside that service purpose. Any cross-border transfer happens only as needed for hosting or operations—not for selling data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where no retention basis remains, or restriction of processing.

Email info@hamranik.ir with identity and request details. We may ask for reasonable identity verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

If a request conflicts with legal retention duties, third-party rights, or system security, we explain any limitation.

Security, children, and updates

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse; no online system is perfectly secure.

Hamranik websites target business and adult audiences and do not knowingly collect children’s data.

This is a living document. The current page is authoritative. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to later activity.
