Introduction
Attendance software — not a fingerprint device
Many teams hear “attendance” and picture a biometric gate. HozourPlus is not that product. Staff check in from the browser, managers see overlapping shifts and pending leave, and payroll gets a Jalali export of days, lateness and leave — without a hardware purchase in the base license.
It is not a full HRIS and not live payroll. Biometric hardware is out of the base license; a device adapter can be scoped later. Geofence in the demo is an honest inside/outside scenario, not enterprise GPS.
If Excel hides two shifts on the same person and leave lives in chat, the live demo shows that gap in about ten minutes.

Is HozourPlus a fingerprint device?
No. It is attendance software. Staff punch from the browser; the demo also has a labelled geofence. Biometric hardware is not in the license or the demo.
Who is HozourPlus for?
HR and operations teams that need web attendance, shift overlap alerts, leave approvals and a timesheet export.
Does it replace a full HR ERP?
No. It is the operational starting point for attendance and scheduling — not recruiting, reviews or payroll.
How does it compare with Excel?
Spreadsheets rarely catch two overlapping patterns. The demo shows a real overlap (day and evening, 14:00–17:00) and blocks silent double-booking.
Can we see a demo?
Yes. Punch as an employee, review overlap and leave as a manager, then download the Jalali Excel.
Is it a payroll product?
No. The export is for the accountant to use beside payroll. Payslips, insurance and bank transfer are out of scope.
