NabzOps — A daily pulse fed by other Hamranik products

See three red numbers in the morning: Tehran SLA, warehouse stock below min, late field jobs. Every figure carries its source. WhatsApp is queued (demo), not a live operator.

NabzOps product cover

Introduction

This is not enterprise BI; it is a daily pulse

Ops leads usually have data, just late and scattered. NabzOps gathers what ticketing, warehouse, clinic and field already produce: deviation, branch, alert, wall.

The demo uses seeded figures from those products and labels each number “demo seed — not a live connector”. Live feeds and ERP links are scoped after consultation. We do not claim a Power BI or data-warehouse feed.

If you need cubes and analyst self-service, buy Metabase or Power BI. If the ops lead must see which branch missed a threshold at 08:00, this is the product.

Deviation stories with a source chip on every number

Problem

Why a pretty dashboard does not sell on its own

A number without a source or an owner turns a sales meeting into a slide. Nobody knows where SLA came from, who saw the stock gap, or where the alert went.

The result is a late weekly spreadsheet and a BI purchase nobody opens every morning.

  • KPIs with no product source
  • Late Excel for a morning decision
  • No branch filter on the same numbers
  • Alerts with no visible inbox
  • Vanity dashboards without a deviation story

Solution

NabzOps sits on data from other Hamranik products

In the demo every KPI has a source: SLA and open tickets from ticketing, fill rate and low SKUs from warehouse, no-shows from clinic, late jobs from field. Branch filter, threshold alerts, wall display and a queued demo inbox sit on those same numbers.

The job is to see today’s problem, not to build a data lake. Live connectors come after the scope is locked.

  • A source chip on every number — even in the demo seed
  • Branch filter on summary, alerts and the wall
  • Deviation alerts into a demo channel inbox
  • TV wall for the operations room
  • Live connectors after consultation; no day-one feed claim

Capabilities

What you can touch in the demo

From the deviation story to the queued inbox — the page matches the product.

Story dashboard

Three deviations today with a product source; not empty widgets.

Executive summary with source

KPI, branch, actual, target and a source chip on every row.

Branch filter

Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz — the same deviations, filtered.

Deviation alerts

Same KPI threshold; demo SMS is queued and never hits an operator.

Wall display

Operations-room TV with auto-refresh; readable from a distance.

Demo channel inbox

Daily summary and alerts with an honest queued (demo) label.

Jalali export

PDF and Excel of the morning pulse — not a BI cube.

Connectors after consultation

No live ticketing or warehouse feed is claimed until scope is locked.

Best fit

A good fit for

Multi-branch operations that already run, or will buy, Hamranik products.

  • Ops leads who need a morning pulse across branches
  • Teams that run ticketing, warehouse, clinic or field — or plan to
  • Organizations that want threshold alerts, not a BI cube
  • Businesses stuck on late Excel for the day’s decision

Not a fit

Not the right fit for

Honest commercial ceiling: this is not Power BI, Metabase or a data warehouse.

  • Analyst self-service, data models and enterprise cubes
  • A vanity dashboard with no KPI owner and no threshold
  • Expecting live connectors to every system on day one

Differentiation

Why this is a pulse layer, not BI

The difference is the source on the number and a ten-minute demo — not an analytics engine.

Fed by other products

It sells because it sits on ticketing and warehouse — even when today’s numbers are a demo seed.

Source on every number

The lead sees where the figure came from; a live feed is not promised separately.

Alert with a demo inbox

Queued WhatsApp/SMS is visible; no live operator gateway is claimed.

Anti-Power-BI copy

The page and the demo say the same thing: daily pulse, not a data lake.

Pricing

Annual license

Annual license

$65 / year

An annual license covers standard deployment and minor updates. Live connectors to ticketing, warehouse or external systems, custom training and bespoke work are scoped separately.

FAQ

FAQ

Is NabzOps a Power BI or Metabase replacement?

No. It is a daily pulse for the operations lead, not enterprise BI and not a data warehouse.

Where do the numbers come from?

In the demo they are seeded from ticketing, warehouse, clinic and field, with a source chip on every figure. Live connectors are designed after consultation. Manual KPI entry is also possible.

Does an alert go to a real WhatsApp number?

In the demo the message is queued and shown in the inbox with a queued (demo) label. It does not reach an operator. A real channel is configured at deployment.

Does it work for several branches?

The demo filters Tehran, Isfahan and Shiraz on summary, alerts and the wall. Branch models expand at deployment.

What does the live demo show?

A story dashboard, sourced summary, Tehran filter, deviation alert, wall and demo inbox — about ten minutes.

Are all systems connected on day one?

No. We do not claim a live feed from day one. Connector scope is locked after consultation.
