When inbound, outbound and stocktake live in files and chat, shortages hide and sales promise stock that is not on the shelf. Anbarstan keeps every SKU movement accountable for distribution, retail and light manufacturing teams.
It is not a full ERP and not a general ledger. Anbarstan sits beside Sepidar or your accounting suite: the shelf, lots, count sheets and variance stay here; the books stay in finance.
The live demo walks scan → August stocktake (print/Excel sheet) → FIFO/FEFO → PO draft → accountant Excel. Shortage alerts are queued (demo); live operator gateways are out of scope.

Movements sit on receipts, issues and stocktake. Live stock is visible on SKU cards. Lots suggest FIFO or FEFO picks. Minimum stock becomes a purchase-order draft. Variance is posted, not quietly edited in a sheet.
Barcode chips in the demo cut typing errors. The accountant export uses Jalali dates. Shortage WhatsApp/Bale messages are labelled queued (demo)—never claimed as a live gateway.

SKU cards and live stock
Each item shows SKU, warehouse and a qty bar. Low-stock drills and gloves are not buried in a generic table.
Barcode scan dock
Tap a seeded barcode or type the SKU for a quick in/out. The demo does not claim a live camera or industrial scanner.
FIFO / FEFO picks
Suggest which lot to take: oil uses FEFO (nearest expiry first); tape uses FIFO. Seeded lots make the walkthrough obvious.
Low-stock PO suggestions
SKUs under minimum become a one-click draft purchase order with before/after qty—the cordless drill story in the demo.
Stocktake sessions
Open a warehouse count, enter physical qty, see shortage or overage, then post adjustments to stock.
