TaskFlow — Small-team work board with hours budget and Jalali dates

Move work out of chat, log hours against a budget, and check load before you assign — with Jalali dates and a local deployment.

TaskFlow product cover

Introduction

Built for a delivery team, not to out-feature Trello

TaskFlow is for agencies, small product teams and internal ops that lose work in messengers and need a Persian board with Jalali due dates. The demo lets you drag a locked card, read a multi-project Gantt, log time and see an hours overrun.

It is not Trello, ClickUp or Jira, and it does not claim to be an enterprise PMO. The license is priced for local deployment, Jalali dates and the hours-versus-budget loop that generic boards do not ship in Persian on day one.

If status meetings are still “who is doing what?”, you need a board and owners first — not a portfolio suite.

Overrun, workload and the demo inbox in one view

Problem

What chat-as-a-board actually costs

Work without status or prerequisites, hours without a ceiling, and load piled on one person all slip delivery. A manager finds out too late that a project is over hours or that a key person is already full.

Spreadsheets and group chats do not keep ownership. Global boards rarely give Jalali dates, an in-country deploy and an hours-budget alert from day one.

  • Work lost in messengers
  • Starting a task before its prerequisite is done
  • Unlogged hours and an invisible budget
  • Load piled on a few people
  • Status meetings instead of decisions

Solution

The loop TaskFlow actually closes

Work moves on a Kanban with an owner and a Jalali due date. If a prerequisite is open, the card will not move to in-progress. Hours accumulate on the timesheet and an overrun is visible on the same budget page and in the demo inbox.

For a team of about 5–20 people: fewer forgotten tasks, more careful assignment, and a shorter meeting with numbers.

  • Daily Kanban with a dependency lock
  • Jalali Gantt across projects
  • Timesheet and hours budget
  • Workload before you assign more
  • Overrun alert with an honest demo label

Capabilities

What you can show in the live demo

Every item below is clickable in the demo.

Kanban with a prerequisite lock

Drag a dependent card; it stays put until the prerequisite is done.

Jalali Gantt

See several projects on one timeline with Shamsi due dates.

Timesheet

Log hours on a task so real spend is visible.

Hours budget

Spend versus the project ceiling; overrun is obvious on the same page.

Member workload

Check who is already full before you assign more work.

Demo WhatsApp alert

An overrun appears in the inbox as queued; it does not hit a live operator.

Client portal

A read-only progress view for the client, without an internal login.

Jalali Excel export

A task report with Shamsi dates for a status meeting.

How it works

A ten-minute walkthrough

The same path a project manager takes in the demo.

01

Daily board

Open Kanban and show the prerequisite lock with one drag.

02

Schedule

Read three projects on the Jalali Gantt.

03

Log hours

Add a timesheet row and compare spend with the budget.

04

Assign with care

Review workload and overrun before you promise more.

Best fit

A good fit for

A delivery or internal-ops team of about 5–20 people with parallel work and due dates.

  • Agencies and small project teams
  • Internal product or design groups
  • Delivery ops that can log hours
  • Managers who need Jalali dates and a local deploy

Not a fit

Not the right fit for

TaskFlow is a work board, not a global project-management suite.

  • A team already happy on Trello or Jira where migration is not worth it
  • An enterprise PMO that needs portfolio, resource and critical-path depth
  • A team that will not log work or hours

Differentiation

What the license is actually for

We do not price-match Atlassian feature-for-feature. The package is local deploy, Jalali dates and the hours-budget loop.

Local deploy and Jalali dates

Shamsi due dates, a Persian UI and a live demo before you buy.

Prerequisite lock on the board

Dependencies are not just a table; they stop a drag.

Hours versus budget

The timesheet feeds the overrun view and the demo inbox.

An honest ceiling

Not claimed as a Trello replacement; a starting board for an internal team.

Pricing

Annual license

Annual license

$39 / year

An annual license covers standard deployment and minor updates. Deep integrations, custom training and bespoke work are scoped separately.

FAQ

FAQ

Is this a Trello or ClickUp replacement?

No. TaskFlow is a delivery-team board with Jalali dates, a prerequisite lock and an hours budget. If you already live in a global tool and migration is not worth it, stay there.

Why pay when Trello is free?

The license is for local deployment and the hours-versus-budget loop, not a feature race with Atlassian. If that loop is not useful, this product is not for you.

Can we run several projects at once?

Yes. The demo has three parallel projects with separate Gantt bars and budgets.

Is the timesheet mandatory?

No, but an hours overrun is invisible without logged time.

Is the WhatsApp alert live?

In the demo the message is queued with an honest label and does not reach an operator. A live gateway is scoped after consultation.

What does the demo show?

The prerequisite lock on Kanban, a Jalali Gantt, timesheet, overloaded workload, hours overrun and the demo inbox.
