Hamranik Support — WooCommerce store tickets

Turn post-purchase chat into a ticket in My Account — with the WooCommerce order beside the thread and a first-reply clock for the shop team.

Hamranik Support product cover

Introduction

Store tickets, not an internal helpdesk

WooCommerce shops often keep support in messengers and email, so the order disappears and the buyer explains the purchase again. Hamranik Support opens the ticket from My Account, keeps order status and line items on it, and lets staff reply in admin.

For WordPress stores that want support on the same site — not an internal IT or HR desk.

This plugin does not replace HamTicket. HamTicket is an internal team helpdesk; Hamranik Support is customer ticketing on WooCommerce.

Support admin queue

Problem

When the order is missing from the ticket

Without an order link, an owner and a first-reply target, the team cannot see which purchase is waiting and the customer pastes the order number into chat.

The queue piles up, replies slip, and post-purchase satisfaction drops.

  • Requests scattered across chat, email and Instagram
  • Order and items not visible on the ticket
  • Unclear owner and status
  • No first-reply clock, even a simple one
  • Customers pushed toward wp-admin to follow up

Solution

How the ticket stays tied to the purchase

The customer opens a ticket from My Account or from the order itself. Staff see status and line items beside the thread, assign an owner, and use a light first-reply SLA to pick what is late.

Internal notes, controlled attachments and queued notices keep context. A live mailbox is wired after consultation.

  • Tickets from My Account — no wp-admin for shoppers
  • WooCommerce order and product on the ticket
  • Ask about this order from the order page
  • Light first-reply SLA by priority
  • Admin queue, assignment, replies and reports

Capabilities

What you can click in the demo

Store-support friction only — not an enterprise helpdesk suite.

My Account → Support

Shoppers create and follow tickets from the store account; they never need wp-admin.

WooCommerce order on the ticket

Number, status, total and items stay with the conversation; staff can open the order.

Light first-reply SLA

A simple clock by priority; overdue rows stand out. Not a multi-layer ITIL engine.

Store admin queue

Assign, reply, internal note and status on one desk.

Controlled attachments

Permission-aware downloads for packing photos or invoices.

Queued email notices

In the demo, notices are queued and not sent to a live mailbox.

Scoped roles

Support caps stay separate from full site admin; the demo account is locked down.

Queue and SLA report

Open volume, first-reply time, overdue count and tickets already linked to an order.

How it works

From order to close

A ten-minute path for shops with daily post-purchase questions.

01

Customer from account or order

The ticket is opened from My Account or with Ask about this order.

02

Staff see the purchase

WooCommerce status and items sit beside the thread; owner and SLA are visible.

03

First public reply

A customer-visible reply stops the clock; internal notes do not.

04

Close

The history stays on that order when the ticket is closed.

Best fit

A good fit for

If you run WooCommerce and support should stay on the store.

  • WooCommerce shops with daily orders and after-sale questions
  • Small support teams replacing chat with tickets
  • Brands that need the order on the ticket
  • Buyers who want customer and admin roles in a live demo

Not a fit

Not the right fit for

For an internal team helpdesk, see HamTicket. This product is store ticketing.

  • Internal IT or HR support without WooCommerce
  • A full enterprise helpdesk with multi-layer SLA
  • Sites not on WordPress

Differentiation

Why teams choose it

Tangible store tickets — not a HamTicket clone and not raw chat.

The order is the ticket

From My Account and from the order page; the purchase is not retyped.

Light SLA, not an IT suite

First-reply hours show on the queue. We do not claim HamTicket or ITIL.

Two-role demo

Scoped admin plus My Account customer; dangerous wp-admin menus stay closed.

Same family as Forms and NotifyHub

Shared UI language. Order alerts belong to NotifyHub, not this plugin.

FAQ

FAQ about Hamranik Support

Is WooCommerce required?

This edition is for WooCommerce stores: tickets from My Account and a linked order. For an internal desk without a store, see HamTicket.

How is this different from HamTicket?

HamTicket is an internal team helpdesk (queues, kanban, knowledge base). Hamranik Support is customer ticketing on WordPress/WooCommerce. They are not substitutes.

What does the light SLA mean?

A first-reply clock by priority (for example four hours on high). Overdue tickets stand out on the queue. It is not a multi-layer enterprise SLA engine.

How does the demo work?

Use demo_support for the admin queue and demo_customer for My Account. Email notices are queued here and are not sent to a live mailbox.

What does the annual license include?

Standard deployment and minor updates. A live mailbox, extra training and bespoke work are scoped separately.
